Vermont Cheddar Mac is our classic. Fresh Bruschetta mac made with parmesan and mozzerlla cheeses. Made daily fresh crab cakes with our own cilantro lime aioli. We love to create new items for special events!

But the backbone of our food is our famous home made Lumpia rolls. Lumpia is a savory treat made of thin crepe pastry skin enveloping a mixture of savory fillings, consisting of chopped vegetables and minced meat. The Lumpia Queen’s recipe is Authentic and yields the  crispiest spring roll ever!  Best served as an appetizer, a snack or an addition to your next meal!

Classically trained chefs putting their own twist on a New England classic: Lobster rolls! We utilize Atlantic-caught lobster – just like that of lobster shacks on the Maine coast – and bring the taste of New England to the Midwest. We have six different varieties of rolls with all different flavor profiles – that will keep you comin’ back for more! We also serve tacos and quesadillas, which include a chicken variety for the non-seafood eater! We have served all over the Midwest, as well as Florida, feeding the masses!

Food Truck Profile: Biscuit Boss

Our name is Biscuit Boss, and as our name suggest we specialize in fresh scratch made biscuits. We prepare a variety of biscuit centric foods. Our personal favorite is THE BOSS; fresh biscuit, buttermilk fried chicken covered in our special cayenne seasoning, and topped with our signature Jalapeno honey butter sauce. We also make a killer brunch sandwich called Bodacious that has a French toast dipped biscuit, sausage, peppered bacon, egg, cheese and honey butter sauce, all crowned with a strawberry and dusting of powdered sugar.
