Name: Biscuit Boss

Location: Plain City, Ohio

About: Our name is Biscuit Boss, and as our name suggest we specialize in fresh scratch made biscuits. We prepare a variety of biscuit centric foods. Our personal favorite is THE BOSS; fresh biscuit, buttermilk fried chicken covered in our special cayenne seasoning, and topped with our signature Jalapeno honey butter sauce. We also make a killer brunch sandwich called Bodacious that has a French toast dipped biscuit, sausage, peppered bacon, egg, cheese and honey butter sauce, all crowned with a strawberry and dusting of powdered sugar. Brunch in every bite! Another favorite are our French toast biscuit bites. We make biscuit bread pudding, cut it into bite sized pieces, deep fry it toss it in cinnamon sugar, and top with assorted fresh toppings like bananas and Carmel for our bananas foster version.

The owners of Biscuit Boss are Casey and Mark Stevens, both are Springfield natives now residing in Plain City Ohio. The Truck is run By Casey who has a culinary background, and lost her job due to Covid. She faced a tough decision to leave the area to find work; leaving the place she grew up and now has started a family, or be a BOSS and figure it out. The pair decided to bring their dream of being business owners to a reality and Biscuit Boss was formed! We are all about standing your ground and being your authentic self to fight for what you love and want. Come “Brunch Like a Boss” with us!
