About: Passed along as a family tradition, Lumpia rolling has become something I’ve mastered and have enjoyed doing. We have a special family blend that gives our Lumpia a distinct one-of-kind taste that many have come to love. Once my husband gave me the Nickname “The Lumpia Queen,” I felt it was finally time to take that leap of faith and start my own business. Thus The Lumpia Queen Food Truck was born. Not only do we serve our Famous Homemade Lumpia, we specialize in some of the most popular dishes of the Philippine Islands, to include our delicious flavorful Pancit and Savory Chicken Adobo.
