About: This is our fourth season slinging cheese and the trucks seventh season total. We purchased the truck from seasoned food truck veterans in February 2020 before the world shut down. Despite Covid, Patrick and I have managed to grow this business exponentially. We specialize in ooey, gooey gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and have become known for our sandwich called “THE BOURBONATOR”: we slather our homemade bourbon bacon jam on both sides of award-winning 16 Bricks sourdough bread, add slices of thick cut applewood smoked bacon and smother it with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. This along with our other specialty sandwiches and friendly, smiling faces have helped garner our success. We love feeding people and making their taste buds happy!
