About: The Springfield-Clark CTC Food Truck is a student-run food truck that serves up a delicious assortment of cuisine bowls. Our passionate and talented students take their culinary skills from the classroom to the streets, serving up a delectable array of bowls made with the freshest ingredients available.
The CTC Food Truck is an extension of the renowned Culinary Arts program at the Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center. The program also runs The Jaguar Room, a casual-bistro on campus that serves sandwiches, pasta, pizza, and other specials during the school year.
Diversifying the menu, the food truck also presents a mouthwatering Teriyaki Bowl, a cajun-inspired Jambalaya Bowl, a chipotle-spiced Southwest Bowl, an aromatic and perfectly spiced Chicken and Shrimp Curry Bowl and the star of the show is the classic Mac and Cheese bowl, featuring a delectable blend of perfectly cooked pasta smothered in a rich and creamy from-scratch cheese sauce. For carnivores at heart, our tender pulled pork and signature BBQ sauce can be added.
With a “learn by doing” approach, our students gain invaluable hands-on experience as they craft each bowl with care, using homemade ingredients and showcasing their culinary prowess.
