We specialize in French Crepes, both sweet and savory options (including our Chicken Pesto, BBQ and Chorizo Twist Crepes). We also have house-cut frites, truffle parm frites and loaded chicken frites.
We are family-owned and operated self-serve frozen yogurt truck offering 23 flavors of delicious creamy frozen yogurt, ice cream, gelato and sorbet including non-dairy and sugar-free varieties. For the most creative combinations we carry over 100 different toppings.
Our truck was developed and created by the culinary instructors and students at the Springfield Clark CTS as a lesson in entrepreneurship The students also developed the menu through trial and error and used marketing strategies like focus groups to put out the best menu we could in a minimal amount of wait time.
Celtic Pig BBQ grew out of a passion for slow cooking and a shared Scotch-Irish heritage. Pig BBQ serves up a Kentucky twist on Celtic favorites like tatties and neeps, haggis and savory meat pies; authentic Kentucky BBQ standards like pulled pork, brisket and ribs; and traditional sides like mac and cheese, green beans and baked beans.
